Refund Policy

we offers refunds only under the following conditions:
Initial Refund Period

No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
Monthly/yearly renewals
Services used for more than the refund period
Services suspended or terminated due to policy violations
Domain registrations, add-ons, one-time fees
Used bandwidth, resources, or dedicated hardware
Abuse Prevention
Refunds are limited to one per customer/service. Refund requests may be denied if we suspect refund abuse or fraud.
Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method.
